Bone Scrolls
These scrolls were originally intended to be the pages of a single book bound around a spine of bone. As they progressed, it became evident that each one has a distinct life of its own, and that it would not do to confine them into one volume. It also became evident that the book would never close, and that was not the kind of book I had in mind. Broken down as individual pages, it is obvious that the natural setting for each of them is to hang from a piece of wood and with that, the bone scrolls were born.
